PlayFest, a public trust, began with a simple idea, to bring people together through play. What started as a board game community quickly grew into something bigger.

We saw the magic that happens when people connect over shared passions, so we opened our doors to more than just games. Today, under PlayFest, you’ll find spaces for writers, readers, film lovers, music enthusiasts, and so many more communities to come.

Through our free events, we make it easy for anyone to walk in, discover something new, and leave with laughter, creativity, and real connections.

Q: Why was PlayFest Formed?

A: The PlayFest Initiative was created to address import social issues within our society 

  • Increase in Screen Time

  • Lack of Real life Interactivity and Connection

  • Drug Abuse

At PlayFest, we believe that providing a healthy alternative is a better solution. A healthy community can foster interaction, decrease screen time and stop the youth from resorting to drugs during and for social interaction.

Q: What is the scope of the Communities under PlayFest?

A: The main scope of Communities under PlayFest is to create safe spaces to spread the passion and love for their specific interests. Helping more people discover their interests through the community. They mainly achieve this by mainly hosting regular Public Events that are open to all and will allow more people to know about the community. Any costs for these events will be handled by the Trust.

Q: How can I start a new Community ?

A: Every new Community begins with people that are passionate taking initiative. The Trust will help take care of the rest, including hosting and advertising events!
 

Q: What can PlayFest do for your brand?
A: Hosting PlayFest at your Brand can help you increase morale and customer engagement, Employees can release stress and build teamwork through the games and community activities. It can provide them with new and meaningful interests that can improve their mental health through stress reduction.

 

For Customers, it can provide a positive interaction during their time with your brand and form a positive co-relation. It will thus ensure that the customer thinks of the brand in a brighter light and will be more likely to return
